With over 75 years of combined experience in kitchen design, interior design, project management and the construction industry, our team is here to support you through every step of the process. We bring diverse backgrounds and global experience that allow us to work together in creating you one of a kind space. We create beautiful, functional designs that allow our homeowners to hand-select the options that they desire from each design, at the price they prefer. Mindy has always worked with one goal in mind- to realize her client's vision and then exceed their expectation with innovative solutions. Gathering her inspiration from a love of art, she brings more than 10 years of experience in design and sales. We know how important it is to our clients that their renovation is completed quickly and with the highest attention to quality. At the heart of our business is a hardworking crew of highly-experienced construction professionals including lead carpenter Alex Gonzalez, this team is employed and dedicated only to M&J, and , in turn, we only assign them to one project at a time, from start to completion. They are full time employees, not subcontractors. They are never over-extended, and have your project as their single focus.
